Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of Pruvio.

1. Acceptance of terms#

Pruvio is a product of Dynamic Trading Ventures LLC, a Maryland limited liability company doing business as Pruvio (Pruvio, we, us, our). Our principal place of business is Rockville, Maryland, United States.

By using Pruvio through the web, iOS, Android, or our application programming interface, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service#

Pruvio is an all-in-one platform for service operations. It provides job tracking, scheduling, customer booking, invoicing, payments, AI documentation, team messaging, portfolio publishing, and compliance tools. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts#

You must provide accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. There is one account per business. Team members on the Team, Business, and Enterprise plans operate under the account owner's account.

4. Subscription plans and billing#

Pruvio offers six plan tiers:

Mobile in-app subscriptions are monthly-only and may be priced according to Apple and Google tier conventions, such as $19.99 or $49.99.

5. Free trial#

Every monthly paid plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. AI features activate 24 hours into the trial. Only one trial is available per email domain. After the trial expires, the account automatically downgrades to Free unless you subscribe. Annual plans do not include a trial.

6. Payment, renewal, and cancellation#

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings, Billing, Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except as described in Section 7. For mobile in-app purchases, cancellation must be managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

7. Refunds#

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the most recent charge. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and the reason. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days from the initial purchase, except as required by law.

8. Acceptable use#

You agree not to:

• use Pruvio for any illegal activity;
• upload content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights;
• transmit malware or attempt to compromise the service;
• harass other users;
• resell access without authorization;
• reverse-engineer the platform;
• scrape data; or
• use the service to send unsolicited bulk communications.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Customer content and ownership#

You own all data, photos, documents, and content you upload to Pruvio. You grant Pruvio a limited license to process and display that content as necessary to provide the service. Pruvio claims no ownership of customer content.

10. Pruvio Verify and evidence#

The SHA-256 cryptographic verification chain produces tamper-evident records suitable for court-admissibility considerations under Federal Rule of Evidence 901. However, Pruvio is a documentation tool, not a legal service. Admissibility and evidentiary weight are determined by courts, not by Pruvio. You should consult legal counsel for matters involving litigation.

11. AI features#

AI features generate suggestions, drafts, and analyses based on the inputs you provide. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it to customers or using it for legal, financial, or operational decisions. Pruvio disclaims liability for AI errors. AI features can be disabled in account settings.

12. Stripe Connect (Pro and higher payment acceptance)#

Pro and higher plans can connect a Stripe account to accept payments from their own customers. By doing so, you enter into a separate Stripe Connect agreement directly with Stripe. Pruvio facilitates the connection but is not a party to those payment transactions. Disputes related to payments processed through Stripe Connect are between you, your end customer, and Stripe.

13. API access (Business and higher)#

The Business and Enterprise plans include programmatic API access. API usage is subject to the rate limits documented in the API reference. Abuse of API access, including excessive request rates or unauthorized scraping of other users' data, may result in suspension.

14. Service availability and changes#

Pruvio strives for high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Material changes affecting paid customers will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. Enterprise customers may have specific service level terms in their order form.

15. Beta features#

Some features may be released as beta or preview. Beta features are provided "as is," may contain bugs, and may be removed or changed without notice. Use of beta features is at your discretion.

16. Termination#

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends. Data retention follows the Privacy Policy.

17. Disclaimer of warranties#

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pruvio disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

18. Limitation of liability#

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pruvio's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $100 USD. Pruvio is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

19. Indemnification#

You agree to indemnify Pruvio from third-party claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

20. Governing law and disputes#

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland. If you are located outside the United States, applicable local consumer protection laws may also apply.

21. Changes to these terms#

We may update these terms from time to time. We will communicate material changes by email or through an in-app notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
