Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, the free trial, and app store refunds.
This policy explains how to cancel a Pruvio subscription and how refunds work. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and it does not renew after that. You keep access to paid features until the period ends. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
To cancel a subscription you purchased on our website, manage it from your account billing settings. Cancellations through our website are processed by Stripe.
The 7-day no-card trial
Pruvio offers a 7-day free trial that does not require a credit card. During the trial you can use the included features at no cost. Because no payment method is collected, the trial does not convert into a paid subscription automatically. When the trial ends, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan to keep using paid features. If you do nothing, you are not charged.
App store purchases
If you purchased a subscription inside our iOS or Android app, that purchase was made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and is managed through RevenueCat. Refunds for app store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by Pruvio, and must be requested through your app store account:
- Apple App Store. Request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings.
- Google Play. Request a refund and manage or cancel the subscription through your Google Play account.
Because app store billing is controlled by Apple and Google, Pruvio cannot directly issue refunds for those purchases.
