Pruvio exists to give field service professionals an unfair advantage. Not through complexity — through proof. We believe the people doing the real work deserve tools that protect them, represent them professionally, and help them get paid without a fight. Every photo verified. Every job documented. Every client confident. That's what we're building.
Before Pruvio, I spent years on the business side of enterprise operations — managing high-value client accounts, reconciling complex revenue data, and building the kind of reporting infrastructure that executives rely on to make decisions. I learned how to find problems in data before they become expensive, and how to communicate clearly with clients when stakes are high.
What I kept seeing across industries was the same gap: field service professionals doing excellent work with nothing to show for it. No proof. No paper trail. No professional record that held up when a client disputed the job or a property owner claimed damage that wasn't there. The tools existed for big companies — but not for the contractor running three crews or the property manager handling 40 units alone.
I built Pruvio because I knew how to solve it. Not as a developer first — as someone who understands operations, data, and what it actually takes to run a client-facing business. Pruvio is what I would have wanted to hand every field professional I worked with: a platform that makes you look established on day one, protects you when things go sideways, and handles the paperwork so you can stay in the field.
We build tools that create evidence — not just records. If it can't be verified, it doesn't count.
Every feature is designed to be used outdoors, one-handed, between jobs. Not in a conference room.
A solo contractor should have the same documentation credibility as a 50-person firm. That's the standard we build to.
This isn't a VC-funded product built by people who've never done a site visit. Every decision runs through: would a real field professional actually use this?
