How do I invite team members?
From the web dashboard or the mobile app, open Settings → Team and tap Invite member. Enter the teammate’s email and choose a role (Admin, Manager, or Field). They’ll receive an email invite with a one-tap link to join your workspace. Pro plans include up to 5 seats, Team includes 15, and Business is unlimited.
How does the client portal work?
Every job in Pruvio has a shareable client portal link. When you send the link, your client sees a clean, read-only view of the job — photos, GPS-tagged documentation, reports, and any invoices you’ve attached. They don’t need an account. You control what’s visible in Job → Share settings, and you can revoke access at any time.
How do I connect Stripe?
Go to Settings → Payments and click Connect Stripe. You’ll be redirected to Stripe to sign in or create an account — it takes about 5 minutes. Once connected, clients can pay invoices directly from the client portal using credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Funds are deposited to your linked bank account on Stripe’s standard schedule.
How do I generate an AI report?
Open any job with photos attached and tap Generate report. Pruvio’s AI reads the photos, GPS metadata, and any notes you’ve added to draft a professional report in seconds. You can choose a template (inspection, move-in/out, damage, progress, dispute letter) and edit the output before exporting or sharing. AI output is a draft — always review before sending to a client.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Web: Go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel subscription. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
iOS: Open the iPhone Settings app → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Pruvio → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Open the Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pruvio → Cancel subscription.
Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation in case you come back. If you need a hand, email [email protected].
