Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do with Pruvio.
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Pruvio. It exists to keep the service safe, lawful, and reliable for all users. If you violate it, we may suspend or terminate your account.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Pruvio to:
- Illegal content or activity. Store, share, or facilitate anything that is unlawful, or use the service to break any applicable law or regulation.
- Fraud or deception. Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or any attempt to deceive Pruvio, other users, or third parties, including falsifying verification records or photo metadata.
- Abuse and harm. Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others, or upload content that is hateful, violent, or sexually exploitative.
- Attempts to break security. Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, breach authentication or access controls, interfere with or overload the service, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Uploading others' data without rights. Upload personal information, photos, or other content of other people without the rights or consents required to do so.
- Misuse of the platform. Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or use the service to build a competing product, or circumvent usage limits, billing, or any technical restriction.
- Malware and spam. Distribute malware, send spam, or use the service to transmit unsolicited or harmful communications.
Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using Pruvio in violation of this policy, or you want to report content, email [email protected]. We investigate reports and may remove content or suspend accounts as needed.
Enforcement
We may, at our discretion, investigate violations, remove or disable content, and suspend or terminate accounts. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Serious or repeated violations can result in immediate termination without refund.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The last updated date above reflects the most recent revision.
