No. Pruvio handles invoicing, payments, and basic financial tracking. For full accounting, tax preparation, and bookkeeping, customers should keep QuickBooks Online or a comparable accounting tool.
No. Pruvio uses Stripe under the hood for payment processing. Customers on Pro and above connect a Stripe account to accept payments directly from invoices and booking pages.

Pricing and Trials
Yes. The Free plan covers one job per 30 days, twenty photos per job, one gigabyte of storage, one user, and a view-only portfolio. The Powered by Pruvio badge appears on shared content. No credit card required.

Yes. Every monthly paid plan includes a seven-day free trial with no credit card required. AI features activate twenty-four hours into the trial. Annual plans are billed in full at signup and do not include the trial.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period to avoid losing prepaid features.
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within fourteen days of the most recent charge. Email [email protected] with the account email and reason. Trial cancellations require no refund since no charge occurred.
No long-term contracts on monthly plans. Annual plans prepay for twelve months. Cancel anytime through Settings, then Billing, then Manage Subscription.
Security and Data
Customer data is stored on Postgres via Supabase with row-level security on every table. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Daily backups run automatically. Pruvio does not sell or share customer data.
The account owner. Pruvio acts as a processor. Customers can export their data at any time and request full deletion through Settings, then Account, then Delete Account.
Account data remains accessible for thirty days after cancellation, allowing reactivation without data loss. After thirty days, data is queued for permanent deletion. Customers can request immediate deletion at any time.
Every photo captured through Pruvio receives a SHA-256 cryptographic hash at the moment of capture, along with GPS coordinates, device identifier, and timestamp. The hash chain produces a tamper-evident audit log suitable for FRE 901 court-admissible evidence. Customers can export verification reports as PDF.
Migration and Onboarding
Pruvio supports CSV imports for clients, contacts, and historical jobs on Starter and above. For larger migrations from CompanyCam, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or similar tools, the team provides assisted migration on Team plans and above. Email [email protected] to start.
Most customers complete onboarding in under fifteen minutes. The guided flow picks an industry, configures the booking page, sets a brand color, and walks through the dashboard. Customers can publish a customer-facing booking link the same day.
Team and Collaboration
Yes. The Team plan supports up to ten users. Business supports up to twenty-five users. Enterprise supports unlimited users with SSO via SAML.
The mobile app caches active jobs and recent photos for offline access. Photo capture, GPS tagging, and form completion work without a connection. Sync happens automatically when the device returns online.
